Job description
As the Digital Marketing Coördinator you will be responsible for leading the overall digital marketing efforts to identify opportunities and analytical solutions to advance Gibson’s mission, priorities and omni channel growth strategy. With a focus on 3rd party eCommerce platforms you will ensure an amazing customer experience while maintaining the high merchandising and branding standards Gibson has become famous for. Reporting to the DTC Director you will be part of a organisational priority team which will be pivotal to the success of the Direct To Consumer goals and objectives.
Essential functions
Main duties eCommerce Marketing:

Manage all digital marketing investments across both Gibson eCommerce and marketplaces to ensure that the right consumers are going to the right platform.

In collaboration with the performance marketing agency, you will run campaigns across Google & Meta to support the growth of e-Commerce revenue.

Provide expertise in analyzing and managing paid social media opportunities whilst maintaining the visibility of owned social through collaboration with internal teams. Work towards measurable ROI based on insights and analytics.
Main duties marketplaces

Work with Reverb global teams to identify and maximize promotional opportunities and achieve continuous improvement of the brand’s performance via the platform.

Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator to research and compile product specifications and copies of products to be sold via Reverb.

Work closely with the multimedia content producer to ensure correct product images and content are created and uploaded.

Work closely with the Finance, service, and logistics teams to ensure sales are processed and delivered in a timely manner and returns/refunds are handled appropriately.

Meet internal goals and objectives around sales through the marketplace.

Assist with strategy around set up and maintenance of new marketplace channels going forward.
Responsibilities

Manage all digital marketing for Gibson DTC channels (eCommerce & marketplaces).

With agency support, build campaigns that deliver positive ROAS and drive revenue growth across eCommerce and marketplaces.

Create and maintain reporting documents that will analyse performance and work towards driving decision making for the business.

Manage the day to day running of marketplace listings for the EMEA region across all brand portfolios.

Forecast and planning around demand and regional opportunities.
Skills
-
Previous experience managing digital marketing channels with a focus on ROAS & conversion.
-
Experience across Meta & Google campaigns.
-
Ability to create reporting documents, read dashboards and take away learnings for future campaigns.
-
Analytical thinking, able to use data to drive decisions and make changes to structure/product/set up etc.
-
Previous experience managing marketplace accounts e.g. Reverb/Amazon would be desirable.

‘Can- do’ & problem solving attitude, ability to think outside the box to get around potential roadblocks.

Experience using ERP systems such as D365 is desirable but not essential.

Required Education and Experience
-
BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
-
2+ years of eCommerce or marketing-based project management experience.
-
Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Reverb.
-
Experience using online tools for project management, channel management, and reporting.
-
Experience using business intelligence tools.
-
Instrumenting digital campaigns with tracking and reporting results.
-
Proficient with Adobe CS.
