Your Role
To support our growth in the European market, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-reliant Account Manager to strengthen our sales team and help shape the future of security technology. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients across various sectors, including commercial enterprises, banks, ATM manufacturers, cash transport companies, and local organizations. Working closely with a team of colleagues, you will ensure that client needs are met with our standard or customized software and hardware solutions.
This role requires enthusiasm for travel, as you will regularly visit clients across Europe to strengthen relationships and understand their needs firsthand.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Conduct client visits across Europe and maintain virtual meetings via MS Teams.

Work closely with the Sales and Research &Development team to achieve strategic goals.

Serve as a key point of contact for clients in multiple European regions.
What You Bring:
-
3–5 years of experience in (international) account management, sales, or a related field.

Technical skills are an advantage.
-
Experience in the cash handling equipment or processes is a plus.
-
Fluency in English and German and/or French (Dutch is a plus).

Independent and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Possibility to work from a home office.

Enthusiasm for travel and the ability to manage a flexible schedule.

A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
